We do not invest in locked-in schemes. Most portfolios can be liquidated and funds paid out within two weeks. However, KiwiSaver is subject to government regulations and remains locked in until retirement age or the purchase of your first home.

However Financial Advisers in New Zealand are now highly regulated by the Financial Markets Authority (FMA) and required to engage in ongoing professional development. Each client is assessed individually through a comprehensive risk tolerance evaluation to ensure investment strategies align with your attitudes and comfort level, so your funds are never exposed to more market risk than you're comfortable with.
We believe in transparent and fair financial planning fees that reflect the value of our services. We begin with a complimentary discovery meeting, where we discuss your current financial situation and identify opportunities for improvement. During this initial session, we also outline any applicable fees for future work.
If we create an investment plan, there may be an associated fee. For ongoing advice, our primary fee structure is based on a tiered percentage of the investment funds we manage on your behalf, which is deducted monthly from your portfolio.
In certain instances, we may charge an hourly rate or a fixed fee, depending on the nature of our services. Additionally, we may receive commissions from KiwiSaver providers.
